Remnant Decryption Puzzle Solutions – Mass Effect Andromeda Wiki Guide

Mass Effect: Andromeda Vaults often feature Sudoku-like puzzles. Below you’ll find a guide to the required and extra Remnant Decryption puzzles.

Some Remnant Decryption puzzles can be skipped with the very rare Remnant Decryption keys. In case you don’t want to use one of those, check the puzzle solutions below.

Early on in Ryder’s journey, A Better Beginning, Ryder finds the first Remnant Decryption puzzle at the second Remnant monolith. Below is the solution:

If you’re looking for the glyphs, use the scanner to follow the yellow paths up two separate pillars towering over the Remnant Decryption console.

In the vault where you have to jump from one platform to another, from first platform on left you have a path to the secret chest but first you have to make a pass by activating console on right platform.

There are several Remnant decryption puzzles to solve on Voeld.

This monolith is furthest north of the three monoliths required to unlock the Remnant Vault on Voeld.

This is the southern monolith that must be activated during the side mission Restoring a World.

This is the western-most monolith that will unlock the Remnant vault on Voeld.

The vault on Voeld has a side room that houses a terminal with this decryption puzzle. You can find the room on the far right side of the vault. Gain a bonus of +2 Skill Points for completing this.

At the end of the Subjugation sidequest you will find yourself in a Remnant structure underground. After disabling the four kett devices, there are two scannable glyphs on the walls which will help unlock a container with various resources in the middle of the room.

There are several puzzles to solve on Havarl.

In order to free some scientists from stasis Ryder needs to solve the Remnant Decryption puzzle during the side mission Helping Havarl‘s Scientists.

The glyphs needed to access the puzzle are to the left and right of the console.

The vault on Havarl offers a bonus of +2 Skill Points to players who interface with the console across from the vault control terminal and complete the decryption puzzle.

These are the Remnant Glyph puzzles you’ll find on Kadara.

The north-eastern monolith that unlocks the vault on Kadara requires Ryder to solve a decryption puzzle.

After reaching the bonus Skill terminal in the vault on Kadara, Ryder will need to solve a decryption puzzle.

There are two reported Glyph puzzles to work out on Elaaden.

The north-western monolith on Elaaden, in the Sea of Ataraxia, requires you to complete a glyph decryption in order to activate it.

Once inside the vault on Elaaden, on the large central walkway leading to the purification chamber, leap onto the platform to your right and fight (or sneak) your way up the zig-zagging pathways to the far side of the chamber.

Take out the force of Remnant machines that guard the door, then open the door and climb up to the bonus terminal to solve the glyph puzzle and earn 2 skill points.
