Have DICE found a way of let you play Battlefield without all the server issues we have been experiencing?
Battlefield 4 is a very popular game. It has sold millions of copies since it was released over two year ago, and we’ve seen plenty of Battlefield 4-branded gaming gear.
However, we recently came across this Battlefield Risk game, which took us by surprise. The game, released by Hasbro in 2013 (2013!), is a variation on the popular Risk game. We can’t believe we missed this one!
Officially called “Risk Battlefield Rogue”, Hasbro says it “combines the tactical squad-based team play from the award-winning Battlefield series with the strategy and skill of the Risk game.”
The game supports 2-4 players and offers nine different scenarios, each with its own victory condition. The game also brings some of the unique aspects from the video game, such as air support, destructible cover, commander powers, and class-specific powers.
You can check out some more photos of the board game below. Hasbro has since stopped selling these, but you can find used versions on eBay for around $15 to $20.
So even without the server issues they still can’t seem to make a game that lasts!
